Data Deletion

At Heylixir, we understand that you value your privacy and want control over your data. We offer you to make informed choices about your information within the app.

Instructions:

Navigate to Your Profile: Tap on your profile picture or icon located within the app (its location may vary slightly depending on your device).

Access Settings: Once on your profile page, locate the Settings option. This might be represented by a gear icon or a menu option labeled Settings.

Data Deletion Choices: Scroll down to the bottom of the Settings menu. Here, you'll find clear and accessible options for data deletion:

• Delete All Data: This option allows you to permanently remove all your data associated with your Heylixir account. This includes your tracked moods, sleep patterns, activities, goals, and any content you may have shared within groups.
• Delete Profile: Choosing this option will entirely delete your Heylixir profile. This is the most comprehensive deletion option and will remove all the data mentioned above, along with your profile information and connections within the app.

Important Note: Please remember that both deletion options are permanent and irreversible. Once you confirm your choice, your data will be erased from your phone's local storage as well as our secure cloud databases. There will be no way to recover this information.
