Aurora ("Aurora," "we" or "us") thanks you for visiting our website and/or application. The following Aurora Terms and Conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") apply when you:

  • access or use the Site;
  • register as an Aurora member ("Member") to access services including data tracking, research tools, and clinical insights (collectively, the "Aurora Services"); or
  • participate in any research, trial, or data sharing programs offered from time to time.

This Agreement includes these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any supplemental policies. Please review carefully.

BY USING AURORA YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND OUR PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU MAY NOT USE THE SERVICES.

If you are a parent or guardian, you are responsible for your child's use of Aurora.

Aurora provides data infrastructure for research and clinical insight generation and is not a medical device or provider of medical advice.

Scope / Modification of Agreement

You agree to these Terms when using Aurora services, including Data Synthesis Reports (DSRs), dashboards, and analytics tools. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

Privacy-First Architecture

Aurora operates on a permission-based synthesis model. Patient data remains encrypted and private by default and is only shared when a user explicitly triggers a Data Sharing Report (DSR).

Users retain full control over their data, including what is shared, when it is shared, and with whom.

Institutions receive only consented, structured outputs (FHIR/HL7-ready formats) and not raw encrypted data unless authorized.

No Medical Advice

Aurora is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or clinical advice. All outputs are for research and informational purposes only and must be reviewed by qualified professionals.

Data Synthesis Reports (DSR)

Aurora generates structured reports based on user-initiated consent events. These reports may include mood, symptom, medication, and behavioral patterns converted into standardized formats (JSON, PDF, FHIR/HL7).

Raw data remains encrypted unless explicitly shared by the user.

Eligibility

  • Users previously suspended from Aurora services are not eligible.
  • Users under applicable legal age must have guardian consent where required.

Accounts & Security

Users are responsible for maintaining account security and all activity under their credentials. Unauthorized access must be reported immediately.

Subscriptions & Payments

Some Aurora features may require subscription payments. Fees are billed according to the selected plan and may include trial periods where applicable.

Data Security

Aurora uses end-to-end encryption, role-based access controls, and audit logging for all Data Sharing Report events. Data integrity and privacy are central to our architecture.

Limitation of Liability

Aurora is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee clinical outcomes, research accuracy, or uninterrupted service. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
